Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and analyze daily cash flow, preparing short- and medium-term projections to support financial decision-making; * Consolidate and monitor the company’s daily cash position, ensuring accurate analyses and timely reporting to Executive Management; * Support decisions related to financial investments, redemptions, and cash movements; * Monitor and support foreign exchange operations, ensuring compliance with applicable processes and regulations; * Analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and financial transactions to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation; * Prepare managerial reports and financial indicators for departmental monitoring; * Support the development and monitoring of the annual cash budget; * Contribute to reviewing financial policies related to cash management, investments, and debt; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of finance department processes; * Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment, agility, and responsive support for financial needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance, specifically in treasury and cash flow management; * Experience working in medium- or large-sized companies; * Knowledge of cash forecasting, financial investments, fund-raising, and financial reconciliations; * Experience in foreign exchange operations is considered a plus; * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Analytical mindset, highly organized, and detail-oriented; * Strong concentration ability and time-management skills; * Proactive profile with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation; * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across departments and with leadership; * Collaborative, resilient, and mature profile, capable of operating in a high-demand, fast-paced environment with close interaction with leadership. **Additional Information** RBS is built by people.
