Thus, we believe in developing our employees’ potential and in their ability to collectively create exceptional products and experiences that transform how people live and work. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate the hydraulic team and assign tasks. * Monitor installations, maintenance, and repairs of hydraulic networks. * Read and interpret hydraulic project drawings. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Request materials and supervise service execution. * Conduct inspections and provide technical guidance to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Hydraulic Foreman or in a similar role. * Knowledge of residential/industrial hydraulic installations. * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic project drawings. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Training courses in this field will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will receive: * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher: BRL 350/month. * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per day. * Hazard Pay: 20% of the minimum wage. * Unimed Health Insurance Plan. * Life Insurance. * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program). * Partnerships with educational institutions, wellness programs, and others. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18
