Therefore, we believe in the development and capabilities of our employees to collectively create exceptional products and experiences, transforming the way people live and work. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic piping systems. * Assemble pipes, fittings, valves, and other components. * Conduct leak-tightness tests and inspect for possible leaks. * Read and follow project drawings and technical specifications. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety at the worksite. * Comply with safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience as a Hydraulic Installer, Plumber, or similar role. * Knowledge of residential/industrial hydraulic installations. * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic project drawings. * Basic knowledge of welding, threading, gluing, and piping system assembly. * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork skills. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will receive: * Attendance Bonus Plan: BRL 380/month (subject to no tardiness or medical certificates). * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher: BRL 350/month. * On-site lunch. * Hazard Pay: 20% of the minimum wage. * Doctor Clin Health Insurance Plan. * Life Insurance. * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program). * Partnerships with educational institutions, wellness programs, and others.
