Teamwork and problem solving **Job Description:** Operate heavy machinery including mini loaders, mini excavators, backhoes, and excavators according to site requirements. Perform excavation, earthmoving, material removal, soil leveling, and other activities related to heavy equipment operation. Ensure safe machine operation in compliance with safety regulations and established procedures. Carry out preventive maintenance and assist with minor repairs on machinery when necessary. Monitor work progress and report to supervisors on task status and potential adjustments. Work proactively by anticipating needs and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements:** Experience operating mini loaders, mini excavators, backhoes, or excavators. Proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and ability to resolve operational problems.
