Job Summary: Internal Sales Consultant (store) responsible for active sales, customer portfolio management, negotiations, and prospecting, with emphasis on relationship building and goal achievement. Focus on negotiation and goal achievement Position: Internal Sales Consultant (store) Number of openings: 01 Salary: BRL 2,200.00 plus sales commission (average starting at BRL 1,000.00 per month) Work schedule and days of the week: Monday to Friday, and Saturdays mornings during high season (November to December) Required experience and knowledge: Excel, e-commerce platform and e-commerce Education: High school diploma completed Cities/neighborhoods: Easy access to Humaitá neighborhood Responsibilities Active sales via phone and social media. The sales consultant will receive a customer portfolio consisting of former customers who have stopped purchasing, or prospects who have never purchased from the company. The consultant must actively prospect this portfolio, averaging 30 contacts per day via calls or WhatsApp messages and audio. Must possess sales skills, strong communication ability, resilience, proactivity, and determination to achieve goals. \- Calls or chats with customers to present UNIAGRO product lines, supporting their business growth; \- Attends customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp; \- Manages customer service including price negotiation, delivery timelines, payment terms, and freight arrangements; \- Registers new customers; \- Enters and manages orders; \- Performs after-sales activities; \- Researches new customers when necessary to expand the customer portfolio; \- Records all contacts in the CRM Requirements \- Relevant work experience \- Excel, e-commerce platform and e-commerce \- Telesales \- Telemarketing Benefits Collective benefit plans according to company policy (health insurance, dental insurance), meal allowance BRL 27.18 per day, transportation allowance or fuel subsidy, pharmacy discount program, life insurance, and discounts on purchases at the company store, plus additional benefits such as Education Assistance after 12 months.
