If this resonates with you, join the Panvel Group team and let’s share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the management and updating of internal communication channels, ensuring execution of the internal audience communication calendar (e-mail, internal app, newsletter, etc.). * Execute internal-audience communication plans, monitoring all stages from briefing receipt through publication and post-campaign tracking. * Contribute to developing and executing monthly internal communication tactical plans, as well as supporting company endomarketing initiatives and actions. * Participate in designing and developing internal campaigns and initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement and connection. * Produce content and support editorial planning for internal communication channels. * Support organizing and operationalizing corporate events (small and medium scale), ensuring alignment across all phases and deliverables. * Interface with internal departments, agencies, and vendors to fulfill communication requirements. * Contribute to initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and align with company values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising and Publicity, or Journalism. * Experience in Internal Communications and Endomarketing. * Strong writing skills, broad cultural knowledge, and ability to co-create effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic mindset to align communications with company objectives. * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (via Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Mental health and financial organization support programs * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (gym discounts) Caring is at our core.
