The **Appmax Customer Success team is responsible for overseeing the entire development of our partners**, ensuring outstanding service quality and guaranteeing that each partner maximizes their results with us. Your mission will be to act as an account manager responsible for an Appmax partner pipeline. You will be the guardian, accompanying every step of their journey and devising innovative solutions—both for partner relationship management and retention, and for the CS function. For this challenge, **we seek a candidate with experience in the CSM work model and the ability to combine interpersonal skills with data-driven capabilities to maximize our partners’ results**.
