At Coca-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Monitor the entire order process—from order entry through to delivery. * Enter orders into SAP when required. * Manage orders (e.g., verification, adjustments, shipment date changes, rejections, postponements, and order phasing). * Data entry, reading, and writing of emails. * Customer contact via email, WhatsApp, and telephone. * Daily monitoring of cuts, returns, and suspended loads. * Validate service-level indicators and the Fill Rate loss tree by region. * Direct involvement in return cases with stores and Operating Units (OUs). * Support in reviewing order databases with HM customers. * Conduct reviews for blocks due to suppression or non-approved portfolio items with customers. * Support meetings with customers and commercial teams (in-person and online). * Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure order alignment. * Monitor product replenishment and fulfillment. * Collaborate with customers and the commercial team on product master data maintenance. * Schedule and coordinate deliveries with stores/DCs/factories or billing units. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * **Education:** Completed high school; undergraduate studies in Information Systems, Computer Science, Databases, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related STEM/IT fields are desirable. * **Preferred Experience:** Experience in Control Desk/Planning roles within call centers or similar functions. * **Technical Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel, Basic Word, Basic PowerPoint), SAP (a plus), basic Power BI knowledge, and information/data management skills. * **Interpersonal Competencies:** Relationship building with partners and internal teams, teamwork, negotiation, customer focus, dynamism, ability to learn quickly, strong written communication, resilience, organizational skills, and time management. * **Languages:** Basic Spanish/English. * **Systems Used:** SAP, Power BI, Excel, BW, GAUGE, SAP Ariba, Perceptive. **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan (voluntary enrollment, employee-selected); * Group life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Employee purchase program at current price list rates; * Pharmacy benefit: payroll-based credit; * Credit cooperative; * School kit: delivered at the beginning of the academic year for dependents; * Birthday kit; * Christmas kit; * Toy allowance: delivered in October for dependents; * Transportation allowance.
