Join one of the **country's most modern hospital complexes**, recognized nationally for the **quality and safety** of its medical practice and the **humanism** of its professionals—featuring innovative processes and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor institutional hospital bed occupancy. * Pursue continuous improvement to optimize bed utilization. * Ensure timely response to clinical demand. * Uphold and enforce the Bed Management Policy. * Provide administrative and service support. * Track activities, schedules, and deadlines. * Monitor bed management performance indicators. * Assist in preparing reports and other related and inherent job tasks. * Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge specific to the area of operation; serve as a reference for the team. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Contribute to activity development and agility. * Understand the organization’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, complying with organizational standards and the Santa Casa Way of Being. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with the Tasy system; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule, including weekends and/or holidays, from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Daycare assistance; * Pharmacy discount program; * TotalPass fitness program; * Educational partnership program; * Employees' Association (AFUSC); * Workplace quality-of-life promotion initiatives.
