Manage carriers and logistics partners, ensuring performance. * **REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics within the healthcare sector.** * **EDUCATION LEVEL** **Completed Bachelor's degree; postgraduate studies preferred** Job Mission: Ensure efficient logistics management across compounding pharmacy units, guaranteeing timely supply of raw materials and products, optimizing operational processes, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate logistics operations, structuring processes and ensuring efficiency, service levels, and adherence to planning. * Consolidate and report data (including loss committee reports), ensuring inventory control, stock accuracy, and execution of approved write-offs. * Monitor KPIs and indicators, analyze results, and implement action plans for continuous improvement. * Manage carriers and logistics partners, monitoring performance, defining operational standards, and ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality. * Coordinate reverse logistics, returns, and damages, acting to reduce losses and rework. * Plan and size the team, promoting development, engagement, and productivity. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure operational alignment and support business needs. * Manage budget, costs, contracts, and invoice validation for the logistics area.
