We are dedicated to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, verify, and update spreadsheets, documents, and data in internal systems. * Collect, organize, and prepare administrative reports, forwarding documents to respective departments and responsible parties. * Monitor and track payments, expenses, bank statements, cash flow, and other administrative records. * Organize physical and digital files, providing copies and classifying them by cost center. * Register materials, suppliers, and other relevant information. * Monitor procurement processes from requisition through material receipt. * Respond to various requests by generating reports and documents and providing information about departmental activities. * Temporarily replace absent administrative staff, assuming their duties as needed. * Act as a facilitator across departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve company objectives. * Support the organization and monitoring of projects and processes by conducting research, analyses, and developing reports and presentations. * Participate in meetings with technical contributions and suggestions, while assisting in document, spreadsheet, and system control. * Collaborate with other departments on multidisciplinary initiatives to promote integration and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering program; Affiliated with the PETER/UFRGS program; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Proactivity and interest in learning about processes and continuous improvement. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company operating in **13 states**, moving thousands of people daily through comprehensive, socially impactful mobility solutions.
