Drive continuous improvements in cost and performance **Job Mission** Ensure products are technically feasible, industrially viable, standardized, and competitive by connecting engineering, production processes, and customer requirements. **Strategic Responsibilities** Lead product structure with industrial focus; Translate customer technical requirements into production solutions; Ensure standardization of designs, technical bills of materials, and documentation; Assess technical feasibility, cost, and delivery timelines of products; Collaborate directly with Engineering and Production teams on industrialization; Define approval criteria, change management, and version control procedures; Ensure product scalability and repeatability; Drive continuous improvements in cost and performance. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Solid experience with industrially specified products; Strong interface with engineering and production teams; Analytical capability and cost awareness. **Expected Behavioral Profile** Critical and structured thinking; Results orientation; Concise communication; Prioritization ability; Focus on industrial feasibility.
