Job Mission: Support Procurement/Facilities department activities, ensuring information organization, agility, and reliability while developing analytical and negotiation skills. This is an opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic environment featuring direct interaction with suppliers and internal departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in fulfilling procurement requests from departments; * Support issuance and tracking of purchase orders (deliveries, deadlines, pending items); * Assist in registering and updating contracts in the system; * Organize documents and information required for contractual registration; * Support research on new suppliers and products; * Request quotations from suppliers; * Provide support to requesting departments (order status, deadlines, issuance of SCs); * Compare prices, delivery times, and commercial terms; * Generate purchase requests for necessary Facilities-related demands; * Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Facilities department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, etc.), Logistics, International Trade, Economics, Law, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365\. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with Power BI; * Courses in procurement, logistics, or supply chain; * Knowledge of ERP systems / \+TOTVS Protheus; * Basic/Intermediate English. **Behavioral Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills (oral and written); * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Analytical ability; * Teamwork orientation. **Additional Information** All **equipment and resources necessary** to perform the job; **On-site cafeteria** **Gympass**; **Transportation Allowance/Fuel Voucher** **\-** Public transportation allowance, or, if the employee uses personal transportation, the benefit is converted into a fuel voucher; An **environment** that fosters and encourages development and high performance; **Training \-** Considering the company’s current expansion phase, our professionals are encouraged to grow.
