Job Summary: Professional responsible for inspecting properties before and after leasing, documenting their condition, and assisting in managing maintenance between owner and tenant. Prepares clear and objective inspection reports **REAL ESTATE COMPANY SEEKING:** PROPERTY INSPECTOR **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform detailed documentation (descriptions and photos) of the property's condition prior to leasing, ensuring all features are properly recorded; verify whether the property is returned in the same condition as delivered, identifying any necessary repairs; assist in communication and monitoring of maintenance requests between owner and tenant; produce clear, complete, and objective inspection reports. **SALARY:** R$2\.250,00 **BENEFITS:** meal allowance (R$40/day), transportation voucher, health insurance **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 08:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** Driver's License Category B (preferred), residence near Iguatemi Porto Alegre Shopping Center or easy access to the area. **MINIMUM EDUCATION:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education) **DRIVER'S LICENSE:** B
