SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Location: Montenegro \- RS
The company is growing and looking to add motivated individuals to the team who can contribute to generating new opportunities and building the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect leads and qualify potential customers.
* Initiate first contact via phone, e\-mail, or videoconference, introducing the company and its services.
* Schedule meetings for the sales team with decision\-makers at client companies.
* Record and track interactions in the CRM, keeping the pipeline up\-to\-date.
* Collaborate on defining prospecting profiles and criteria, aligning with commercial goals.
* Work closely with marketing and sales to improve outreach approaches, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and impactful messaging.
Desired Profile:
* Prior experience (preferred) in active prospecting, SDR roles, or pre\-sales functions.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently.
* Proactivity, organization, and discipline to manage pipeline tracking and goals.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, as well as independently and with focus.
* Desire to learn about tax solutions, technology applied to consulting, and enterprise markets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, prospecting tools, and lead generation tools is ideal.
