To achieve this, it is essential to have a profile that **makes things happen**, seeks to be the **protagonist** of one’s own career, understands the importance of **flexibility**, dedicates oneself to **problem solving**, and demonstrates **responsibility** in everything undertaken. **We believe that offering a positive work environment, along with learning and development opportunities, contributes to building careers and success stories.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **THE APPRENTICE YOUTH WILL:** Support administrative activities within their assigned department, following tasks directed, taught, and supervised by one or more team members; Handle incoming telephone calls, providing appropriate responses when knowledgeable, or taking messages and forwarding them to the responsible person when necessary; Process invoices for payment, organize and archive departmental documents; Participate in designated development workshops and challenges; Attend and complete theoretical activities required by the partner Apprenticeship Institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** The program lasts **18 months**, including a professional apprenticeship course in Goods, Services, and Tourism Commerce offered by a regional partner institution, incorporating practical administrative tasks and behavioral development.
