Here, you’ll find space to grow, real opportunities to lead, and a culture where everyone belongs and contributes. ✨ **If you want to be part of the next generation of financial solutions, this is the right place.** **Can you already picture yourself as an Nxter?** At Getnet, we’re looking for a **IT Support Analyst** to join the **Batch****Schedule** team in **Porto Alegre, RS.** **What you’ll do** * Monitor batch jobs using the company’s tools/applications, systems, and all configuration items registered in the batch tools available to the Scheduling team; * Perform rapid and accurate monitoring with minimal impact on the environment; upon ALERT\-INCIDENT, immediately contact specialized teams via phone or other available communication channels, formalizing the escalation via E\-mail; * Log incidents in control tools, communicate them via WhatsApp, and when necessary, escalate to IT Management for guidance; * Escalate further if unable to reach the specialist responsible for supporting the triggered ALERT\-INCIDENT; * Document all processes performed by the Scheduling team using available documentation tools, making them accessible to the Scheduling team to ensure process agility, quick resolution of known issues, and future reference; * Handle Level 1 requests and incidents and collaborate with other IT departments; * Identify opportunities for process improvement within the area and, when possible, support implementation; * Ensure compliance with information security policies and alignment of activities therewith. **✅ What we’re looking for** * Currently enrolled in a university program related to IT or similar fields; * Availability to work in a 24X7 rotational shift schedule.
