Prepare and submit ancillary obligations The accounting firm seeks an Accounting Assistant in Guaíba. **Responsibilities:** Assist with accounting bookkeeping, tax calculation, and other departmental routines. Assist with organizing and maintaining accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. Record financial transactions in accounting systems and prepare financial reports. Assist with account reconciliation and analysis of balance sheets and financial statements. Prepare and submit ancillary obligations, including tax declarations and labor-related obligations. Assist with inventory control and production cost calculations. Collaborate on monthly and annual accounting closings. Monitor and update tax and accounting legislation. Provide support in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Participate in internal and external audits. Maintain contact with suppliers, clients, and government agencies to resolve accounting issues.
