If you meet the requirements below, apply now for our **Shared Services Supervisor** position. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead Innovation teams, ensuring alignment among strategy, priorities, and execution; * Serve as the primary liaison between the department and business areas, fostering close relationships and effective communication; * Facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and alignment sessions to understand demands and define solutions; * Manage the backlog, prioritize and track demands, ensuring high-quality deliveries and business value generation; * Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and support data-driven decision-making to promote continuous improvement; * Remove impediments and strengthen collaboration across multidisciplinary teams; * Develop and engage the team through feedback, one-on-one meetings, performance tracking, priority setting, and development plans; * Drive innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and process optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields; * Ongoing or completed postgraduate specialization in Information Technology, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields; * Experience managing people and leading squads or multidisciplinary teams; * Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing demands, and tracking deliveries; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Knowledge of process automation, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and/or digital transformation initiatives; * Knowledge of chat curation and customer service operations; * Preferred familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, using them to optimize processes and support decision-making; * Willingness to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy; * Employee Association with multiple partnerships; * Dental Plan; * Unimed Health Plan; * Mental Health Support; * Wellhub (Gympass); * On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); * Parking or chartered transportation; * Open English; * Corporate University; * Birthday Day Off; * Childcare Assistance; * Extended Parental Leave. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Work Location:** * Eldorado do Sul/RS.
