Human Resources Analyst
### **Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in administering the electronic timekeeping system.
* Respond to requests and perform updates in Human Resources subsystems according to requirements from the department manager and team members.
* Verify documentation and records of new employees; welcome them on their first day for contract signing and provide information and company policies.
* Conduct verifications and entries related to terminations, vacations, payroll, promotions, and transfers.
* Organize and archive employee documents and information, both physically and digitally.
* Support the organization of internal events.
* Administer the Be a Guest benefit program and the Birthday Program.
### **Support Functions**
* Prepare reports on discrepancies and conduct critical analysis of the electronic timekeeping system.
* Process onboarding of new employees.
* Organize and archive documents in employee folders.
* Control and submit all necessary information for payroll processing.
* Perform monthly vacation tracking, advise on annual planning, and forward monthly vacation requests to the Finance Department.
* Review benefit enrollment spreadsheets for employees, apprentices, and interns.
* Verify onboarding and termination processes.
* Provide in-person support to employees and respond via corporate mobile phone.
* Deliver training on Human Resources policies on the second day of new employee onboarding.
### **Other Duties**
* Assimilate the company culture and demonstrate knowledge of service standards.
* Remain available to address employee requests.
* Understand brand Hilton’s quality standards applicable to the department.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaboration, and teamwork spirit.
* Know fire safety and emergency procedures as covered in safety training.
* Deliver training as required by departmental roles and needs.
* Support the organization of internal events under the H4U program, such as restaurant events, coffee breaks, hotel birthdays, year-end parties, and Children’s Day celebrations.
* Attend monthly department communication meetings, acting as an internal consultant.
* Request identification cards and timecards.
* Draft warnings for department heads.
* Control procurement of new timecards.
* Draft letters, declarations, and memoranda.
* Collaborate with activities of internal committees.
* Prepare forms for filing Work Accident Reports.
* Draft reference letters and documents requested by former employees.
* Issue internal communications for bulletin boards, groups, and internal media.
* Maintain mandatory records such as training logs, experience assessments, and performance evaluations.
* Verify payroll, including calculation of hotel time and payroll variables.
### **Knowledge and Skills**
* Experience in Personnel Administration.
* Experience with electronic timekeeping systems.
* Hotel industry experience is desirable.
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
* Intermediate-level English proficiency.
* Proficiency in computer applications.
* Minimum one year of experience in Human Resources.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Good interpersonal relationship skills.
