We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Complete, screen, electronically submit, and generate closing reports for Penalty Infraction Notices (AIPs), as applicable, related to overweight, oversized dimensions, evasion, or other violations, in accordance with current legislation and Concessionaire procedures. * Identify, assess, and audit images of vehicles evading the General Inspection Post. * Support, upon request, toll plaza revenue collection teams and other Concessionaire areas by performing operational activities, educational campaigns, road safety initiatives, and customer service. * Complete shift reports and forms; maintain equipment and working conditions; and perform emergency and operational signage and equipment operation when necessary. * Perform tasks in accordance with operational procedures, Motiva’s Golden Rules, and environmental guidelines, contributing to safety, risk prevention, and proper waste management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed elementary education; Availability to work on rotating shifts. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Customer service experience will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you’ll become part of a company operating across **13 states** in Brazil, enabling the daily mobility of thousands of people through comprehensive, socially impactful mobility solutions.
