




The **Laboratory Assistant** will work in the School of Sciences and Health’s laboratory; their primary responsibilities include managing supplies required for practical classes, ensuring that every internal or external laboratory service is delivered with the highest quality and accountability. Their greatest challenge is managing multiple tasks simultaneously, guaranteeing accurate delivery and efficiently meeting the varying demands of students and faculty. Their mission is to contribute to a safe and productive learning environment, promoting excellence in hands-on activities and supporting the laboratory’s continuous development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the preparation of materials and environments for practical classes. * Organize and maintain laboratories for academic activities, events, and visits. * Assist with equipment operation, basic maintenance, and reservation. * Monitor and organize laboratory supplies. * Support setup, data recording, and administrative routines. * Receive, sort, and organize materials for classes. * Maintain cleanliness and proper conservation of equipment and utensils. * Ensure correct food storage in accordance with safety standards. * Perform administrative tasks such as sending emails, preparing documents, issuing requisitions, and scheduling. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Clinical Analysis or Chemistry; * Experience with good laboratory practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience preparing practical classes. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 12:00–16:00 and 17:00–21:00 (Monday through Friday) **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Pharmacy allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Parking; * Education assistance; * Private pension plan.
