You will be responsible for: * **Structure the local sales team** (SDR + Executives). * Develop and implement **processes, playbooks, and cadences**. * Ensure execution and evolution of the sales funnel. * **Train, monitor, and develop** the team using performance rituals. * Build and track **metrics, KPIs, forecasts, and targets**. * Operate strategically and operationally, maintaining “hands-on” involvement. * Report plans and results to Management, Director, and CEO. * Connect the operation with the innovation ecosystem of Instituto Caldeira.
