Job Summary: Coordinates and supervises construction site teams, ensuring work execution in accordance with project specifications, deadlines, and requirements, while also planning daily activities and monitoring progress. Interpretation of project documents and assurance of safety standards **Main Responsibilities:** **1\.** Coordinate and supervise work teams on construction sites, ensuring activities are executed in accordance with projects, schedules, and technical specifications. **2\.** Plan daily construction activities, assign tasks, and guide workers on best practices and safety standards. **3\.** Monitor construction progress, ensuring all phases are completed within the established schedule. **4\.** Read and interpret architectural, structural, and complementary project documents, conveying necessary information to the execution team. **5\.** Control the use of materials and equipment, ensuring rational usage and minimizing waste. **6\.** Conduct regular inspections at work fronts, identifying and correcting deviations and issues. **7\.** Maintain communication with engineers and other construction site supervisors, reporting progress and any relevant incidents. **8\.** Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, conducting training sessions and supervising proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **9\.** Prepare daily construction reports, documenting service progress, material usage, and labor deployment. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education. \- A technical course in Civil Construction or related fields is a plus. \- Proven experience in team leadership and construction project management. \- Practical knowledge of construction techniques and applicable technical standards. \- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural project documents. \- Strong communication and leadership skills. \- Organizational and planning capabilities. \- Proactivity and ability to solve problems on-site. \- Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and safety practices. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2\.276,85 \- R$4\.251,43 per month
