Position for involvement in a social project focused on the development and empowerment of women facing social vulnerability. **\*Fixed-term contract\*** **Position: Instructor** * Plan and deliver educational activities aligned with the project's objectives, ensuring proper application of CIEE-RS methodology. * Conduct scheduled sessions, organizing content and encouraging active participation from attendees. * Promote inclusion by stimulating personal, social, and professional development throughout the activities. * Adapt pedagogical strategies according to group needs, aiming for engagement and effective delivery. * Monitor participants' attendance and progress, contributing information for project tracking. * Support complementary actions and other activities related to project development, in accordance with institutional guidelines. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to integrate efforts and align deliverables. **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in the final semesters of Pedagogy, Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields. **Working Hours:** To be determined. **Note:** Night shift availability is required. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience working with women facing social vulnerability.
