**On-site Position**
Our client is a solid company with over 20 years of market experience, consolidating itself as a reference in comprehensive solutions focused on technical products and services for various segments, such as corporate, condominiums, and retail. They are seeking a professional to work in hydraulic/electrical installation and maintenance, focusing on pumping systems and external service calls.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Perform installation and maintenance services for pumping systems;
* Work on motors, hydraulic networks, electrical networks, and control panels;
* Conduct operational tests, identify failures, and implement appropriate corrections;
* Carry out technical adjustments and field interventions, ensuring full equipment functionality;
* Lead the external two-person team in routine service delivery and execution;
* Support technical diagnosis and definition of the best solution for each requirement;
* Ensure organization, safety, and quality during service delivery.
**Basic Requirements**
* Technical education in Mechanics, Hydraulics and/or Electrical Engineering;
* Experience in installation and maintenance of pumping systems;
* Knowledge of motors, hydraulic networks, electrical networks, and control panels;
* Prior leadership experience preferred;
* NR 10, NR 33, and NR 35 certifications are advantageous\.

**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday through Friday). **Lunch Break:** 12:00 PM to 1:12 PM\.
Work will be conducted in Porto Alegre and Greater Porto Alegre, with a company-provided vehicle for service calls. Participation in on-call shifts is optional and may occur on weekday nights, weekends, and holidays. During on-call duty, the professional remains on standby with company-issued mobile phone, pickup truck, and tools. The compensated on-call arrangement includes R$ 65.00 for being on standby at home; if a service call occurs, an additional R$ 65.00 per call is paid.
