Job Summary:
ABESS is seeking an Accountability Analyst to organize, analyze, and monitor accountability reports from municipal governments, agreements, and institutional projects.

**Position: Accountability Analyst – ABESS**
ABESS currently has an opening for an Accountability Analyst, working full-time, Monday through Friday, with a focus on organizing, analyzing, and monitoring accountability reports related to municipal governments, agreements, institutional projects, and programs. Resumes without relevant experience will not be considered.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Prepare and organize accountability reports for projects, programs, collaboration agreements, partnerships, and public agreements;
* Conduct assessments, verifications, and technical reports related to financial and documentary execution;
* Analyze invoices, receipts, contracts, bank statements, proof-of-payment documents, and other supporting documentation;
* Monitor and verify budgets and procurement processes, assessing alignment with institutional needs and formal requirements;
* Populate spreadsheets, management reports, and management systems;
* Manage deadlines, outstanding documentation, and compliance of accountability processes.
**Requirements**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in accountability reporting for municipal governments, agreements, projects, programs, or institutional partnerships;
* Experience in documentary and financial analysis of resource execution;
* Knowledge of invoice verification, contracts, budgets, and supporting documentation;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Familiarity with and practical experience using management systems;
* Analytical, organized profile, with strong attention to deadlines and details;
* Experience in the third sector, education, social assistance, or health is desirable.
* Preference for candidates residing in the North Zone of Porto Alegre.
