Job Summary: Professional responsible for presenting and suggesting menus, entering orders, keeping tables clean, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to teamwork Responsibilities: * Present the menu and beverage list to customers, clarifying any questions; * Suggest dishes and beverages, explaining their ingredients and characteristics; * Enter orders into the system, monitoring timing and standards; * Maintain the table, ensuring it remains sanitized and clean throughout service; * Remain attentive and available to customers at all times; * Process table payments, confirming that the customer experience was positive; * Provide customers with the satisfaction survey; * Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and assist colleagues when necessary; * Perform other duties relevant to the area.
