




The position focuses **100% on recruitment and selection**, responsible for handling operational hiring. **Expected profile:** A person with strong adaptability to the **factory floor environment**, direct communication skills, and a practical attitude. Support and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational positions, including resume screening, alignment of candidate profiles with leadership, candidate invitation and interview scheduling, conducting interviews, administering/organizing process stages, and tracking candidates through to onboarding.
