Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing the integration of third-party companies, controlling employee attendance, and verifying tax, accounting, and material aspects of products procured for the construction project. Key Highlights: 1. Integration of third-party companies and access control. 2. Verification of tax and labor documentation. 3. Work schedule control and employee support. * Manage and execute integration of third-party companies; monitor attendance of permanent employees; receive and verify the tax, accounting, and material components of products purchased by the company for the construction project. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Arrange issuance of identification badges to service providers via the Sertarh system for access control; * Verify all documentation of the company and employees of third-party service providers (contractors), such as articles of incorporation, payroll records, employment registration, INSS, FGTS, aiming to ensure labor liability security; * Verify tax incidence on received invoices in accordance with federal, state, and municipal legislation, by cross-checking against technical references such as ICMS, IPI, and ISS regulations, complying with current legislation; * Verify accounting data from purchase orders using the chart of accounts to ensure correct recording of all purchases; * Register purchases made by the company—whether raw materials, consumables, or services—via the IFS system, controlling and recording data sources for research purposes; * Verify all invoices issued by third-party companies to ensure proper payment and compliance with applicable legislation; * Monitor the work schedules of Plaenge Group’s permanent staff through the electronic system, reading electronic time records and correcting discrepancies to accurately track actual working hours, absences, and delays, thereby enabling accurate monthly payroll processing according to established work schedules; * Provide support to construction site employees by consulting HR and delivering requested information to resolve questions raised and/or provide necessary clarifications; **Additional Information** Operational Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
