




SEBRATEL, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant focused on cancellation-related activities. Responsibilities: * Perform contract cancellations through systemic actions; * Review customer service documents/protocols; * Verify financial information in the system; * Accurately record information in the system and spreadsheets; * Support the motorcycle courier team. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or having completed a technical, technological, or undergraduate program in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in finance is a plus. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour break; alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Attention: This position requires on-site work at the company’s headquarters located in Porto Alegre. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in the city or its surrounding areas.
