With a proactive and agile mindset, the Alter support team operates preventively. Clear communication, sense of urgency, and a preventive outlook are the core traits required for this role. ### **What you’ll do daily / Responsibilities:** * Provide remote support to AlterVision platform users, helping our clients maximize the value of the solution. * System accuracy analysis * Diagnose failures and errors, propose solutions, and escalate to the responsible team * Quality control This is a role involving direct interaction with technology, operations, and customers — ideal for those who enjoy solving problems hands-on and seeing tangible results from their work. ### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc. **Why this position is special:** You’ll join a company with an international DNA, strong academic roots, and full focus on AI applied to physical retail.
