Brief Description: Execute procurement of services, consumables, tooling, and other items to meet identified demands, evaluating constraints related to quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, aiming to achieve established objectives. Detailed Description: * Support identification of potential suppliers of raw materials, consumables, maintenance items, equipment, components, or services required by the Company, enabling subsequent internal recommendation for participation in competitive bidding. * Conduct quotations and procurement of technical materials, raw materials, and services, supporting the technical selection process when necessary, performing relevant negotiations (e.g., price, delivery schedule, freight, quality), comparing against the established budget, aiming to meet project and Company needs regarding cost, timelines, and value-added outcomes, in compliance with established procurement procedures and policies. * Support departments in developing technical scopes for service contracts or technical specifications when required; participate in meetings and/or other interactions to facilitate and ensure accuracy toward achieving expected results in terms of timeline, cost, quality, and service delivery. * Support procurement and contracting processes, including contract terminations and amendments, following the model defined by Legal, or implementing previously validated modifications, ensuring compliance with contractual management procedures; conduct procurement follow-up and route approvals through appropriate authorization levels, adhering to Company regulations and procedures. * Conduct market research to identify and develop new suppliers of products and services to compete with existing ones, aiming to reduce costs without compromising quality of currently used products. * Issue purchase orders upon approval, execute the administrative workflow defined in the process, and definitively transmit them to suppliers. * Jointly validate supplier qualification and scope of services to be contracted with material and service requesters. * Perform delivery follow-up and intervene when necessary to ensure compliance with agreed contractual clauses. * Register suppliers in the system and collect information on technical, tax, labor, safety, and compliance evaluations of suppliers, conducting preliminary analysis and forwarding critical items to respective responsible departments. * Register materials according to internal procedures to ensure accuracy in the process. * Perform assigned tasks as per received planning, under supervision and/or support from professionals with higher technical expertise or immediate manager—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution. Does not yet demonstrate full proficiency across all processes, operations, or equipment within the area or full productivity level. * Support more senior professionals in area-specific processes, leveraging their experience for self-development. * Participate in implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and targets. 2512170202551239335
