**INFRASTRUCTURE / SECURITY ANALYST (HYBRID)** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Manage and monitor applications to ensure the IT environment is operational; Be able to develop scripts for task automation; Manage and apply security policies; Manage internet links and telephony; Administer and monitor firewalls; Manage and monitor antivirus; Administer monitoring software; Manage and apply backup routines; Manage and monitor UPS systems; Plan and execute changes within their scope of responsibility; Resolve incidents and requests related to networks and security; Perform routine activities in Networks and Security to ensure optimal performance and availability of the environment; Analyze and propose performance improvements or risk mitigation in the network environment; Conduct root cause analysis; Act in the resolution of incidents and problems in the environment; Manage O365 environment (basic); Perform server maintenance; Respond to IT audits. **Requirements:** Requirements: Experience in sizing, implementing, and managing/operating on-premises and cloud infrastructure projects; Experience in hardware maintenance (preferably Dell/iDrac); Experience in firewall administration (preferably Fortigate); Experience with On-Premises Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 and Windows 10 environments; Experience with On-Premises services such as Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP; Experience in administering Office 365 environments; Experience and familiarity with network environments including L2 and L3 switches (VLANs, routing); Experience in virtualization (preferably VMware); Experience in file sharing technologies (Windows File **Minimum Education:** High School **Work Schedule:** Flexible hours **Benefits:** Benefits: On-site cafeteria (3 days in-person); Sodexo card (2 days remote); Parking or transportation allowance; Unimed outpatient health plan. *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
