We seek a Systems Manager focused on leadership management, analysts, and consultants with strong interpersonal skills. The Systems area primarily supports the TOTVS ERP system; experience with SAP is a plus.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage the corporate and healthcare systems portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives;
* Define guidelines for technological evolution, system maintenance, and application modernization;
* Serve as the liaison between business areas and IT, translating strategic needs into technological solutions;
* Develop leaders and technical teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and high performance;
* Encourage and implement people management practices based on continuous feedback, competency development, and engagement;
* Establish and promote agile development practices within systems teams;
* Ensure integration among development, maintenance, and operations, driving continuous improvement across the application lifecycle;
* Monitor delivery, quality, stability, and operational efficiency metrics;
* Support adoption of practices such as DevOps, automated testing, and continuous integration;
* Guarantee availability, reliability, and security of corporate and healthcare systems;
* Manage critical incidents, recurring problems, and continuous improvement plans;
* Establish application governance, change management, and release management processes and standards;
* Prioritize demands with business areas, ensuring balance among innovation, improvements, and maintenance;
* Manage the systems backlog together with Product Owners and stakeholders;
* Track schedules, costs, and outcomes of technology initiatives;
* Manage contracts and relationships with software vendors, consulting firms, and technology partners;
* Evaluate new technological solutions and market trends applicable to the healthcare sector;
* Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables from external partners;
* Promote innovation and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve healthcare service quality;
* Encourage the use of emerging technologies, automation, and data analytics to optimize organizational processes;
* Support the enhancement of the digital experience for beneficiaries, affiliated physicians, and employees.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Required:**
* Completed undergraduate degree.
**Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred;
* Experience managing development teams, experience with critical corporate systems, familiarity with agile methodologies, experience managing ERP environments (TOTVS \- SAP is a plus) and CRM;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize complex demands;
* Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
