Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities to help drive the company's growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Active prospecting (Outbound); * Lead qualification and nurturing; * Scheduling meetings for Commercial Executives; * Support in structuring commercial strategies; * Recording and updating information in Salesforce CRM; * Structured handover of leads to the sales team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Sharp communication skills—both verbal and written; * Ability to conduct strategic negotiations; * Aptitude for building strong interpersonal relationships; * Organization and attention to detail; * Currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Experience with CRM tools and Office suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in SaaS or B2B companies; * Knowledge of outbound techniques; * Analytical and strategic mindset, always seeking new learning opportunities; * Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.
