




Description: * Good oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously. * Knowledge of human resources department routines (deadlines and basic legislation). * Knowledge of hospital admission and patient care processes. * Previous experience supervising customer service teams, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment. * Skills in team leadership and conflict management. * Familiarity with hospital scheduling systems and electronic medical records are advantageous. * Proficient in Office suite. * Daily monitoring of the Authorization Center, checking items not authorized. * Assist management and coordination in the selection and onboarding process of new team members. * Assist clients and staff in resolving potential service issues. * Support medical teams in using electronic medical record systems. * Cover reception duties when absences or needs arise. * Create schedules for Receptionists. * Perform timekeeping closure for Receptionists. * Carry out treasury procedures in coordination with reception. * Review Optix pending items. * Request benefits, vacations, and medical certificates for the team. * Request and control uniform usage. * Train, monitor, and develop Receptionists. 2510240202201184800
