





**Activities:** Assist in the operation of machinery in the milling and wheat preparation area. Collect wheat samples for laboratory analysis. Perform 1000-grain weight analysis, observing grain size on the impurity sorting table. Carry out daily measurements of flour, bran, and wheat silos for production control. Collect hourly samples for color analysis. Assist in product preparation. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace.
