Job Summary: Responsible for managing and planning service orders and maintenance work orders, allocating resources, and serving as the liaison between Operations and workshops. Key Highlights: 1. Management and planning of service orders and maintenance work orders 2. Single point of contact between Operations and Maintenance 3. Preparation of Maintenance Reports and KPIs Responsible for managing preventive/corrective and predictive maintenance service orders and work orders. Plan prioritized service orders in coordination with Operations, allocating all necessary resources for executing activities under the maintenance work order. Schedule services in advance with a minimum horizon of 4 weeks. Control procurement of materials and services within the maintenance work order. Serve as the liaison between Operations and Maintenance workshops.
