Prioritization of experience in hotels/motels/restaurants **HR SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Electronic timekeeping, fingerprint registration, etc. Acting as the legal representative in labor lawsuits, responsible for document storage, organization, and submission to the attorney. Maintaining direct contact with the office responsible for payroll processing. Responsible for new employee onboarding. Uniform management and coordination with other managers regarding PPEs. **Requirements:** Proven solid experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of e-Social and other Personnel Department-related processes. Solid understanding of labor legislation, recruitment, and selection. Knowledge of RPA. Experience in hotels/motels/restaurants is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday during business hours.
