Job Summary: Renner is seeking a Product Operations Assistant to join its Operational Excellence structure within the Product Directorate, ensuring service delivery and execution of the area’s key processes. Here’s what this opportunity will involve on a day-to-day basis: Renner seeks a Product Operations Assistant to join its Operational Excellence structure within the Product Directorate. This role’s mission is to ensure service delivery and execution of the area’s key processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supporting brands by providing system registration support, item validation, and sample request and release; * Guiding and directing the resolution of systemic errors; supporting fiscal classification and completion of product technical sheets; * Evaluating purchase orders considering legal implications for import/export cases; * Verifying and entering item information for LATAM exports, including coordination with customs brokers and validating export assumptions and PASSIN classification. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, International Relations, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and organizational ability regarding deadlines; * English and Spanish (Basic/Intermediate) are desirable. **Additional Information** Learn more about our benefits! \*Eligibility subject to your position.
