Stimulating environment with continuous learning We are looking for a student interested in technical support and IT infrastructure who can easily assist users and resolve daily operational requests. We value proactive, collaborative profiles eager to learn and grow in the Information Technology field. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Duties:** -------------------- * Provide initial technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Register and track support tickets; * Assist with configuration, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software; * Support equipment inventory management; * Assist with system operations and access management (under supervision); * Assist in preparing classrooms and technology-enabled environments (classes and events); * Support users in using digital platforms (Teams, Moodle, Zoom); * Provide technical support during events, recordings, and live broadcasts; * Assist in preparing reports and routine tasks within the IT department. **Requirements and Desired Knowledge** ---------------------------------------- * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Windows; * Understanding of hardware, basic maintenance, and software installation; * Basic knowledge of computer networks (Wi\-Fi, connectivity, and internet); * Awareness of information security; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint); * Knowledge of videoconferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Meet). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** --------------- Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields Availability to intern for 2 years **Advantages** ---------------- * Experience (academic or practical) in end-user technical support; * Knowledge of Service Desk tools; * Familiarity with virtual learning environments (Moodle); * Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (Microsoft 365\). **Additional Information** Schedule: Monday to Friday Working Hours: **Monday to Wednesday:** 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; **Thursday and Friday:** 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
