Resolving issues and answering questions regarding the software developed by the company. Creating user manuals, spreadsheets, and presentation slides to support customer assistance. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Residency in the North Zone of Porto Alegre, Cachoeirinha, or Alvorada. Completed high school education. Completed technical course in Information Technology or currently enrolled in a higher education program in IT. Knowledge of MySQL, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
