**RESPONSIBILITIES:** The professional will alternate between remote and on-site support to our customers, resolving typical IT incidents and requests, as well as participating in infrastructure and cybersecurity projects alongside analysts. The work arrangement is hybrid, allowing up to two days per week working remotely. The following knowledge/skills are required: Technical English; Completed technical course or undergraduate degree in progress; Computer network protocols; Proficiency in IT technical support functions, covering both hardware and software; Agility in problem-solving; Habit of studying emerging technologies and continuously improving skills; Enthusiasm for on-site customer service and ability to provide feedback; Hybrid work model, alternating between on-site and remote work on other days.
