





Job Description: Education Requirements * Technical degree in Human Resources or Administration * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields is a plus Technical Competencies * Recruitment and Selection; * Communication; * Knowledge of HR systems and routines; * Experience with Gupy and Feedz systems is a plus. * Support recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews; * Validate onboarding documents, manage the entire onboarding workflow, and clear candidates for registration; * Provide support for HR-related tasks, such as job descriptions, documentation, archiving, and process updates; * Assist with training activities, including budgeting, attendance lists, venue coordination, and recording training sessions in relevant systems; * Support internal communication initiatives, organizational climate programs, and endomarketing activities—e.g., birthday announcements, internal campaigns, and company events; * Generate reports as requested and per instructions; * Serve employees by addressing inquiries regarding processes, internal policies, and benefits. 251207020219948277
