




Description: * Have completed high school; * Be over 18 years old; * Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience in sales; * Strong customer service orientation; * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule. * Register service protocols for all interactions and customer contacts; * Process order cancellations, reissues, cloning, and fulfillment adjustments as needed; * Propose and locate supporting stores for out-of-stock items or suitable alternatives; * Cancel coupons upon customer request; * Check tracking codes and package numbers; * Contact customers in cases of absence, incorrect address, or delivery rescheduling; * Answer and respond to calls on landlines, extensions, WhatsApp, emails, and Teams; * Adjust store-level payment methods, agreements, or chargebacks; * Monitor and validate orders containing prescriptions; * Contact branches regarding PIP orders; * Provide support to the Call Center team. 2512030202191899215
