Join our Network too! **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver technical or behavioral training (in-person or remote), using pre-structured materials and content, and approved methodologies; * Conduct quality monitoring based on defined scripts, criteria, and instruments; * Record training, evaluation, and monitoring evidence in official systems or spreadsheets; * Manage scheduling, attendance lists, basic controls, and reports; * Perform audits to address challenges raised by external departments regarding conducted monitoring activities; * Develop actions and/or campaigns, and create/update various contents to support operational knowledge; * Conduct quality analyses and propose improvements to operational processes and routines to enhance quality indicators; * Develop actions and/or campaigns, and various contents to support operational knowledge; * Consolidate operational training and quality data for leadership analysis; * Comply with internal standards, quality policies, compliance requirements, and confidentiality; * Support operational leaders by providing structured feedback to operators; * Ensure proper collection, organization, and traceability of evidence required by internal and external audits; * Support projects related to performance, quality, and capacity building.
