**Marketplace Accounts Receivable Analyst.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Responsible for financial reconciliation in Marketplaces** * **Analysis of Marketplace sales and payment data** * **Proficiency in payment and financial settlement flows** * **Monitor Marketplace commissions, campaigns, and promotional activities** * Responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the receivables process—from recording payments to bank reconciliation; * Manage financial flows, particularly those related to credit cards, including collections, chargebacks, and tracking of net receivables flow; * Control and execute receivables postings, ensuring correct financial allocation; * Send payment files and process bank return files; * Perform financial reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies; * Monitor credit card receivables flow, manage chargebacks, and ensure liquidity; * Work with card network platforms (e.g., Rede, Cielo, Banrisul, etc.) to control and analyze financial flows; * Explore and implement artificial intelligence solutions and intelligent platforms to optimize financial operations; * Prepare financial reports and KPIs, delivering insights and improvement opportunities. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of credit card flows, including chargebacks and operations with multiple acquirers (e.g., Rede, Cielo, etc.); * Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and automated platforms; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with ERP systems and financial management platforms
