Masonry and ceiling maintenance Description: We seek a professional to join our Maintenance team in Porto Alegre, responsible for executing maintenance tasks and facilities-related activities at the unit under their responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties Maintenance Officer I responsibilities include: * Performing electrical corrective and preventive maintenance (wiring, lamps, outlets, circuit breakers, electrical panels). * Performing hydraulic corrective and preventive maintenance (showerheads, faucets, traps, toilets, sinks, hydraulic pumps). * Assessing the need to replace electrical and hydraulic components and conducting functionality tests. * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on masonry and ceilings (skim coat, plaster, and painting). * Executing procedures outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP). Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills and organizational ability; * NR10, NR35, and SEP certifications. 2512030202191678958
