Senior Process Technician

Description

Job Summary: An analyst responsible for monitoring performance indicators, preparing daily reports, conducting line rounds to identify anomalies, documenting processes, and supporting startups and setups. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis and monitoring 2. Daily report preparation and support for daily meetings 3. Continuous improvement and Manufacturing OKR management * Analyze D-1 indicators, major efficiency offenders, identify the TOP 3 issues of the day, verify production entries (e.g., adjustments logged as Operational, breakdowns logged as Equipment), and generate reports for the daily Cell meeting; * Prepare daily materials for the morning Cell meeting, supporting the Cell Coordinator with the most relevant information from the previous day; * Conduct daily line rounds to sample-check key operational standards, line nominal values, beverage temperature, filler pressure, and so on across each piece of equipment to identify and correct process anomalies; * Responsible for line documentation, printing shift-change notebooks, printing first-attack notebooks, providing the team with necessary resources to ensure daily process controls, and developing/reviewing operational parameter handbooks; * Monitor all production startups (line start-ups) and in-shift changeovers (SETUP) during one’s shift to support the operations team and transfer knowledge to the team, thereby improving handbooks; * Notify executed maintenance operational orders; * Implement process improvements through continuous improvement projects; * Manage Manufacturing OKRs; * Participate in team meetings to track indicators; * Occasionally, when requested, cover meal breaks during contingencies due to staff shortages or efficiency/product cut crises (operate equipment); Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Qualifications:* Electromechanics, Technical Course * Electrical Engineering, Technical Course * Mechanical Engineering, Technical Course * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Card * Credit Cooperative * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * On-site Cafeteria * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Profit Sharing Program
